Rob Parry Sleeper Sofa Gelderland 1960s
Sleeper sofa, model Lotus 25, designed by Rob Parry in the 1960s for Gelderland.
The sofa is newly upholstered with a light grey/cream blended Ploegwol (100% wool) fabric. Also the foam and the singels are renewed.
It has a nickel plated metal frame and teak armrests. By easily pulling the seat it gets the sleeper function. The seat is a bit convex, that's why in my opinion this sofa is a bit more comfortable than the famous sleeper sofa by Martin Visser that has a straight seating.
Very nice minimalist sofa.
It is in very good condition. Just some wear on the frame as you can see on the pictures.
