Nice set of 4 dining chairs + 1 arm chair designed by Johan van Heuvel in 1957 for his own company Ad Vorm.
Johan van Heuvel had his own design studio and designed many different things, not only furniture. These chairs are made in very small and limited numbers. Especially the arm chair is very rare, I've never seen this before.
It is also shown in the book 'Stoelen Nederlandse ontwerpen 1945-1985' by Peter Voge and Bab Westerveld.
They are made of solid oak wood and have a rush seat.
Designed in the style of Charlotte Perriand. Very clean and honest design.
The chairs are in good original condition. Some normal traces of wear.
