WIM RIETVELD 447 SOFA GISPEN 1957 NEW UPHOLSTERY

Wim Rietveld sofa, model 447 / 1710, designed in 1957 for Gispen.
The sofa is reupholstered with a beautiful Kvadrat Hallingdal black/grey wool fabric, also the foam is renewed.
Very nice minimalistic design. This sofa is not offered a lot.
It has a black metal frame. Nice for this sofa is the black metal backside, like the well known 1401 chair by Wim Rietveld.
The sofa is in very good condition, just some wear on the metal backside and the legs.
