KHO LIANG IE LOUNGE CHAIR P656 ARTIFORT 1960s

Rare lounge chair, model P656, designed by Kho Liang Ie in the 1960s for Artifort.
These chairs are not offered a lot. It is also shown on the cover of the book about Kho Liang Ie by Ineke van Ginneke.
Beautiful minimalistic chair with a chromed metal tubular frame and wired metal seat and backrest. The chair is about 5 years ago reupholstered with a nice cream coarse woven wool fabric by Bute and is still in good condition.
It has 3 loose welding points (still stuck on 2 points) where the backrest comes to the frame. Besides that the chair is in good condition, little traces of use on the fabric.
