Floor lamp, model A251, designed by Aldo van den Nieuwelaar in 1972 for Artimeta.
The lamp has a matt chrome plated tubular metal base and an opaline glass shade. It has an on/off switch cord and a dimmer.
Not many of these lamps were made, very hard to find.
The lamp was part of a serie consisting of 3 models; 2 table lamps, A250 and A252 and 1 floor lamp, A251. To me this floor lamp is by far the nicest of the 3.
The lamp is in excellent original condition, only minimal traces of use.
