CARL AUBOCK TABLE LAMP AUSTRIA 1958

Fantastic table lamp designed by Carl Aubock around 1958 and produced in his own workshop.
It has a yellow tainted fiberglass reinforced plastic shade and a black metal base with double tubular brass stucture. The brass has a very nice patina (of course you can brush it to make it shine again, but we prefer it like this).
Beautiful lamp and not offered a lot.
The lamp is checked and in good working order. It uses a normal E27 bulb.
It is in good original condition with some patina. The shade has 2 very tiny chips on the side (almost invisible), and has a slightly darker spot in the middle due to the heat of a too high wattage lamp.
