Gaetano Sciolari 2061 Wall Lamp Stilnovo 1954
Beautiful large adjustable wall lamp, model 2061, designed by Gaetano Sciolari in 1954 for Stilnovo Italy. It is marked on the wall plate.
Stunning modernist lamp.
The white perforated metal shade is not original, but fits the lamp perfectly. Maybe even nicer than the original shade. This shade is heavy and of very high quality. For sure it is Italian and most likely by a high-end lighting manufacturer like Arredoluce, Arteluce or Oluce.
It has a nickel-plated extendable arm and a black lacquered metal counterweight. The height of the shade is adjustable and the arm can rotate 180 degrees.
The perforations in the shade give fantastic patterns on the wall.
The lamp is in good condition. The shade is still perfect. The arm and wall plate have some normal wear.
