Beautiful paravent, model 100, designed by Alvar Aalto in 1936 for Artek Finland.
This particular screen is from the 1960s.
It is made of vertical pine wood slats adjoined with metal wires. It can be shaped in various ways and stands steadily on the floor. It can also serve as a room divider.
The screen is in very good original condition. Some normal traces of wear, which gives it the right patine. No damages.
