Typical Dutch design sewing stand designed by Joos Teders in the 1950s for Metalux.
This is a rare version with 6 boxes, usually they only have 4.
It has a black metal stand and 6 wooden boxes painted in black, yellow, grey, blue, red and white. The boxes still have their original paint. The metal stand is nicely repainted. The boxes can swivel and the tops of the boxes swivel to open.
Very nice and decorative item.
It is in good condition, some normal traces of wear on the boxes.
