Pieter van Gelder Wicker and Wood Storage Basket 1940s

Beautiful storage basket designed by the artist and designer Peter van Gelder in the 1940s and produced in his own atelier.
It is stamped on the bottom.
The basket is made of wicker and wood and has 2 compartments inside.
Very decorative item.
It is in good original condition, some normal traces of use.
