Beautiful pair of Steltman chairs, designed by the great master Gerrit Rietveld in 1963.
He designed these chairs when he was 75 years old and it was his final chair design. They were designed for the Dutch jewelry store Steltman in Den Haag, Netherlands
These particular chairs are made in the 1970s by a carpenter.
Made of beech wood with a nice patina.
The chairs are in good condition with some traces of use. 1 tiny repaired veneer damage on the seat (see last picture).
