Jens Risom Set of 4 Dining Chairs Model 666 Knoll 1940s

Rare set of reconstruction dining chairs, model 666, designed by Jens Risom in the 1940s for Knoll.
The chairs are newly upholstered with a cream fabric De Ploeg. Also the foam is renewed.
They have a solid oak frame.
Beautiful chairs and very comfortable seating as well.
Jens Risom was born in Denmark and son of the well-known architect Sven Risom. Later he moved to the U.S.A. and was one of the first designers to introduce Scandinavian design in the U.S.A.
The chairs are in excellent condition. Also the wooden frames are very good, only little traces of wear.
