Johan van Heuvel Set of 40 Dining Chairs Ad Vorm 1957
Large set of 40 dining chairs designed by Johan van Heuvel in 1957 for his own studio Ad Vorm.
These chairs are quite hard to find, especially in a large set like this.
They have a solid oak wood frame and rush seat.
Very clean and honest design in the style of Charlotte Perriand.
This chair is also shown in the classic book about Dutch Chairs: 'Stoelen, Nederlandse ontwerpen 1945-1985', by Peter Voge and Bab Westerveld.
Beautiful chair for a restaurant.
The chairs are in good used condition, some normal traces of wear due to time and usage.
