Rob Parry Set of 4 F&T Dining Chairs 1950 / 2006
Set of 4 F&T dining chairs designed by Rob Parry in 1950,
These chairs are acquired from the well known Dutch designer Rob Parry himself.
The chair was designed and made for the wine shop Ferwerda & Tieman (F&T). After that they were only made for a short time in small quantities, therefore thie originals are very rare.
In 2006 Rob Parry was asked by a German manufacturer (Rob Parry was not sure about the name of this company anymore, he thought Weko) to reissue this model. This set comes form the first little production run and were given to the designer. After some problems the manufacturer decided not to take them into production. So this reissue is very rare as well.
Unique set, not possible to get these somewhere else.
Fantastic chair and very comfortable as well.
They have a chromed steel frame and black stained wooden seat and backrest.
The chairs are in very good or excellent condition. They were hardly used by Rob Parry.
We also acquired a George Nelson dining table form Rob Parry, it would be a nice combination together with these chairs. See the pictures and my other listings.
