Radboud van Beekum Pair of FM61 Easy Chairs Pastoe 1980

Pair of FM61 cubic easy chairs designed by Radboud van Beekum in 1980 for Pastoe.
Classic Dutch design icon, which is part of the collection of the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.
This is the version with the lacquered wooden seat and backrest, in my opinion the nicest as it gives the chairs an even more straight silhouette.
Clearly inspired by the great master Gerrit Rietveld.
The chairs have a white metal frame and white lacquered wooden seat and backrest. Looks very clean all in white.
They are in very good original condition, only minimal traces of use.
