Rob Parry Triennale Lounge Chair Gelderland 1953

Very rare Triennale lounge chair designed by Rob Parry in 1953 for Gelderland.
This is the original version form the 1950s and not a reissue.
Not many of this beautiful chair are produced. Very interesting for the collector.
This chair was the Dutch entry for the Triennale in Milano in 1954.
To me the nicest chair of his hand that went into production. Also the favorite chair of Rob Parry himself as can be witnessed on the last picture of his former living room.
It has a black stained beech wood frame and a cream/beige boucle wool upholstery. The chair is in complete original condition.
Fantastic chair and very comfortable as well.
The chair is in very good condition. Unbelievable after almost 70 years. Only the foam is not perfect anymore, but still very well usable. We prefered not to replace the foam and keep this beauty original.
