TEUN VELTHUIZEN RATTAN EASY CHAIR UROTAN 1950s

Rattan easy chair designed by Teun Velthuizen in the 1950s for Urotan.
This chair was advertised in the 'Goed Wonen' magazine no.5 mei 1957. Goed Wonen was a influential magazine in the Netherlands that started in 1946 to promote modern interior. 
This model is quite rare. It has a beautiful black wire metal frame and a rattan bucket seat.
The chair is in very good original condition. No damages on the rattan. The bucket seat is not exactly symmetrical as you can see on the 2nd picture. Nothing to be worried about and it has no influence on the seating comfort.
