Pair of Oase chairs designed by Wim Rietveld in 1958 for Ahrend de Cirkel.
The chairs are newly upholstered with a greyish green fabric. Also the foam is renewed.
A dutch classic design that gained the Signe d'Or price in 1959.
The chairs have a light grey steel frame and black bakelite armrests that are undamaged (most of the armrests you will see nowadays are damaged).
Very nice minimalist set of chairs.
They are in very good condition. Some wear on the backside of 1 chair. The grey from both chairs is not exactly equal, as visible on the pictures.
