Beautiful sleeper sofa, model Doublet, designed by Rob Parry in 1958 for Gelderland.
This model was only in production for 1 year, so very rare and not offered a lot.
The sofa is newly upholstered with a nice green fabric by Camira. Also the foam is renewed
Unlike most of the Dutch vintage sleeper sofas that have a metal frame,this model has a completely solid teak wooden frame including nice teak armrests.
By easily pulling the seat you will get a sleeping bed, as visible in the photos.
The sofa is in very good condition. The teak frame has a restoration at the backside.
