Willem Lutjens Sideboard Den Boer 1950s
Cute little sideboard designed by Wilhelm Lutjens in the early 1950s for C. den Boer in Gouda.
He designed a few different models and all of them are very rare.
This model is made of birch veneer and birch plywood. It has 2 drawers with rounded metal handles and 2 glass sliding doors with a shelf (not the original) behind it.
It has beautiful details such as the rounded corners and the bent plywood legs.
The sideboard is in good condition. Some normal traces of use. The veneer layer of the top is renewed and has some colour difference with the rest of the sideboard.
