Massimo Morozzi Set of 2 Tangram Tables Cassina 1983

Set of 2 modular dining tables, model Tangram 300, designed by architect/designer Massimo Morozzi in 1983 for Cassina.
Massimo Morozzi was one of the founding members of the avant-garde design studio Archizoom Associati.
This set is part of the whole set of 7 tables, each with its own individual shape and style and all reconfigurable in nearly endless combinations. The tables are based on the Tangram, an ancient Chinese puzzle game, which allows the user to create endless layout variations only limited by one’s imagination.
The tables are made of a beech wood structure painted with a grey synthetic water paint. To be clear: the short sides of each table are 84,5 cm and the long side is 119 cm.
They are in very good original condition, only little traces of use.
