Fantastic floor lamp, called Chicago Tribune, designed by Matteo Thun & Andreas Lera in 1985 for Bieffeplast Italy.
The lamp is part of the architectural 'Stillight Series', consisting of 6 table lamps and 2 floor lamps. All versions are out of production.
it is crafted from grey and anthracite coated metal and it has a perforated shade. The cylindric shade rests upon a neoclassical base. An intriguing juxtaposition of styles.
The lamp gives a mesmerising play of light.
