Iconic pair of lounge chairs, model PK22, designed by Poul Kjaerholm in 1956 and manufactured by E. Kold Christensen.
The chairs have a beautiful brushed steel frame and still the original light brown/cognac leather upholstery.
Classic design with a minimalist appearance.
The design won the Grand Prix at the Milano Triennale in 1957 and 1960.
The chairs are in good original condition. The leather is a bit stretched at the end of the seats (where it meets the backrest), due to broken straps, that are now renewed. Furthermore the leather is still perfect. Some normal traces of wear on the frames.
